In recent years, our foundation, born in Turin and deeply rooted in the Piedmont region, has gradually extended its intervention outside the region. We have done so, as always, driven by emergencies, but with an increasingly structured, lasting and concrete approach.
Among the most significant experiences of this path is certainly that of Arquata del Tronto, hit hard by the 2016 earthquake. We intervened a few hours after the tragedy and since then we have worked alongside the community, contributing to the construction of the school-now named after our foundation-and staying in the area with projects to support families, children, and local businesses. We have not limited ourselves to immediate intervention: we have stayed. And it is precisely in continuity that we believe true social impact is measured.
