During the summer break, the suspension of school activities often leads to a significant reduction in educational and social opportunities for children and young teenagers. Middle school students in particular are frequently underserved by summer educational programs, often due to costs that many families cannot afford. That’s why Specchio Summer Hub was created.
Located in the heart of the Borgo Filadelfia district in Turin, the Hub offers a free summer program combining education, fun, and culture for boys and girls from socially and economically vulnerable backgrounds.

Specchio dei tempi was founded in 1955 and officially became a foundation in 1976. For over fifty years, we have been supporting communities across Northwest Italy, responding to crises and developing long-term educational and social initiatives.
